Thanks for visiting Hobie’s Porch Chair Caning and Repair, located on Planet Art in the River Arts District. We provide exceptional craftsmanship and care in repairing your woven chair seats. Chair caning is in my blood. My family has been caning since at least the mid-1800’s according to the written history. We repair cane, rush, splint (or split) weaves in various styles, danish cord, and more! We are very excited to announce our new chair caning classes!
